The Uptown Revitalization Team, Village of Plain City, the Uptown Plain City Organization, and the Union County Economic Development Partnership are developing the Uptown Plain City Revitalization Plan with the assistance of the Poggemeyer Design Group. The Plan, when completed, will provide recommendations on how to revitalize and restore Uptown Plain City.
We are conducting a consumer survey that should only take a few minutes for you to complete. This information will be critical to the success of the Plan.
